HOW IT WORKS


We have a range of themes and plenty of extras available to hire. You choose the theme and any of the extras and we do the rest. We supply and set up the whole package, taking any stress out of an already manic time for you. We schedule you in and set everything up either the day before or on the day and come and dismantle and collect the day after. You don’t have to lift a finger! - unless you want to of course!!
Each package comes with its own unique themed tent, a memory foam mattress (including all fresh sheets and pillow cases), a pillow to sleep on, a decorative pillow, tray table and then themed decorations; from rugs to lights, signs to soft toys, lanterns and even an extra little something suited to the theme of your choice. 

Delivery up to 10 miles from Torquay, Devon. 
Locations further than this can be catered for at an extra cost.

  • What is a Glamping tent?

    Our handmade glamping tents are wooden a-frame tents with a fabric cover. They are lightweight and safe to use with entrances/exits at both ends. 

  • How does it work?

    You choose the theme and we do the rest. We supply and set up the whole package so you don't have to lift a finger. We schedule you in and arrange a convenient time to come around and set up your mini glamping experience on the day of your event and then return to dismantle and remove the following the day. 

  • What's included?

    Each Package has it's own unique themed A-frame tents, memory foam mattresses (including protectors, sheets and pillow cases), a pillow to sleep on, a decorative pillow, light blanket, tray table (providing there is enough space) and all the themed decorations. From rugs to lights, signs to soft toys, laterns and torches, balloons, hot chocolates and sweet jars and even an extra little gift for main mini glamper. 

  • How big are the tents?

    Each tent measures approx 1m high and needs a space of 2m in length and 1m width. Perfect for our memory foam mattresses to sit underneath and enough room for your little one. 

  • What ages groups do the tents suit?

    The tents are suitable for any age from 3 - teenager. it all depends on the interest but mostly the height as the mattress length which is 160cm. 

  • What areas do you cover?

    We can cover the whole of Devon and further if required. We offer free delivery and collection within 10 Miles of Torquay where we are based and anything further can be covered for a small charge. 

    (Each party requires 2 trips there and back for set up and collection (4 journeys in total). We calculate the distance from our address to yours and deduct the free 10miles, then charge £1 per mile to cover all 4 journeys. We will always ask your address when booking and will confirm all costs upfront. 

  • What is the hire period?

    The hire period is overnight. But we can offer daytime picnic parties too - drop us a message to find out more. Everything included in the package will be delivered and set up one day then packed away and collected the following day. At the point of booking we discuss a convenient time for us to come to your home on each day. 

  • Can the glamping tents be used outside?

    Unfortunately not. These tents are hand made by us with the intention of them being for indoor use only.  

  • How are the tents kept clean?

    Each tent has a removable cotton/fabric cover so all are washed after each use. 


    All mattresses and pillows have waterproof, washable protectors that are cleaned every use. Pillow cases, blankets and sheets are all washed after every use. 


    For all other equipment, we use a non-toxic, environmentally safe disinfectant to ensure everything is clean for each and every hire. 

  • What about access for where I live?

    Please contact us in advance if parking, or access to your building is difficult. (i.e a top floor flat with no lift) There is a lot of equipment involved in setting up your mini glamping experience and access will need to be considered. 

  • Do I need to provide anything?

    Other than adequate space for set up and safety, we supply everything. Please note a warmer blanket may be required for colder areas. 


    All lights are battery operated, but should we require any mains power, we will let you know and we always carry a long extension lead incase its not in an easy to reach area. 

  • How do I book?

    Simply use the online booking form or drop us an email to check availability and discuss any finer details. Bookings are confirmed with a £30 deposit. Yes - Only £30! You can also find us on our social media pages:

  • How do I pay?

    A £30 deposit will have already been taken if you have secured your date. This deposit not only secures your date but is also kept as a security deposit in case of any damages. 

    Within 7 days of the date of your event, we request payment of the full amount (not including your safety deposit) prior to arrival. 

    Following collection and inspection of equipment with no damages, your £30 safety deposit will be refunded within 24 hours. 

  • What if anything gets broken?

    Accidents happen and thats ok - all we ask is that you are honest with us about any equipment that gets damaged or broken whilst on hire. 


    We will be holding a £30 safety deposit in case this happens and can deduct costs for repair or replacement from this, but will always discuss damages with you whilst we are at your house. 


  • Do you have Insurance?

    Yes of course. We have for £1Million pound public liability insurance. A Certificate is available upon request.
